It is a private non-profit organization, promotes the principles of freedom, the rule of law, market economy and the creation and consolidation of these systems and policies in Latin America.

We believe that private investment is the only guarantee that young people have jobs, better services and better quality of life.

We defend and promote the principles of freedom, the rule of law, market economy and the creation and consolidation of these systems and policies worldwide.

We conducted surveys and update the principles and values of democracy and market economy, jobs that are essential to improve the institutions, political life of the country and boost economic development, social and

cultural development.

He was born in Lvov, then part of Austro-Hungarian empire and now, with the name of Lviv, Ukraine belongs to.

He studied and received his doctorate at the University of Vienna, where was a direct disciple of Böhm-Bawerk and follower of Carl Menger, becoming one of the most prominent and respected representatives of the Austrian School.

Throughout his life he was a leading Liberal publicist devoting many pages to show the impracticability of socialism.
